Older rooms could use a thorough refresh!!! Maintenance needs to address the air conditioning noise!!! Unpleasant odors in accommodations really detract from the overall experience!!! Housekeeping should ensure rooms are cleaner before guests check in!!!

My stay here was pleasant because there are lovely parks like Legacy Park just about 2.5 km away and great shopping options at The Shops at Greenridge only 500 meters from the hotel, making it super convenient for exploring on foot. the room was clean and comfortable, which made it a nice place to return to after my city strolls, but better ventilation in the smoking rooms could improve the experience overall.

I stayed in a King Room, Smoking for 2 nights, and the TV was perfect for streaming with my firestick. The microwave worked wonders, and the small fridge kept my drinks chilled. The place felt cozy and private thanks to the curtains. Also, the pool area was clean and relaxing, making it a nice spot to unwind.
